Within the USA

• Brilliant Touch offers complimentary shipping for major cities within the USA. Additional charges up to $100.00 will apply for deliveries to remote locations; please check your zip code with us before placing an order.
• Shipping time to major cities is normally 1-3 working days.
• For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an identity proof of the person who will receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to the specified person.
• Once the item is shipped, a tracking link is sent to you. The delivery partner representative will reach out on your provided number and coordinate the delivery.
• We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped from Brilliant Touch.
• All Brilliant Touch products are insured by default during transit.
• Once you receive the parcel, please check its contents immediately before signing the receipt document and releasing the delivery partner.
• In the rare occasion that your shipment is tampered with or lost, you must report to Brilliant Touch immediately.
• At Brilliant Touch, we understand that jewelry is often gifted for special occasions or as a surprise. Please let us know in advance so we can help maintain the surprise.
• Reverse Pickups: In the event you cannot drop off your item at a Brilliant Touch location, you can request a reverse pickup. For major cities, a nominal shipping charge of $25.00 will be applicable. For remote locations, it will be at actual cost up to $100.00. Please verify your zip code with us.
  

International Shipments

• For international orders, please check with us regarding the destination country. Brilliant Touch ships to the UK, Australia, UAE, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, and India. Other countries are dependent on our logistics partners.
• In general, the transit timeline is 7-10 working days to most international destinations where shipping is available.
• For all international shipments, a minimum order value of $1,200 is required.
• Secured shipping charges vary based on the country, usually starting from $175 to $300. Additionally, customs/import duties (ranging from 10-50%) specific to each country may apply.
• Please note: International shipments are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Once an international product is sold and delivered, it cannot be repaired by us remotely.
• The package is secured and insured.
