Return & Buy-Back Policy

A)  Yearly Maintenance

• Brilliant Touch is focused towards keeping its customers at ease by offering them a Yearly Maintenance for their jewelry.
• To keep your jewelry young and cheerful Brilliant Touch provides complimentary cleaning and inspection once a year.
• Our Yearly Maintenance facility will be no longer valid if any third party jeweller has done any work on the jewelry.

B)  Exchange & Buyback Policy

  1)  Return of Product

• All Brilliant Touch jewelry is handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated techniques which may not be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
• The product can be returned or exchanged along with the solitaire certificate at current prevailing value, with deduction towards making charges & taxes.
• Incase of product shipped to us for exchange or buyback Brilliant Touch will charge a nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost whichever is lower.
• Returning the certificate is mandatory, loss of certificate would result in a deduction towards the cost of certification.
• Brilliant Touch shall not accept any jewelry which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweller, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified.
• Brilliant Touch reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection.
• A 5% fee will be applicable for product returns, along with deductions for payment and shipping charges based on the actual costs incurred.
• Upto 5% deduction applies to returns made within 15 days on stock orders.

  2)  Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade Policy

• Exchange or upgrade your jewelry anytime in the future.
• Get credit at prevailing price of metal @ 100% and diamond @ 90% of the goods exchanged except for making charges and taxes (maximum value INR 300000).
• In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, proportional amount would be deducted from exchange value.
• Making charges & taxes would be deducted from the exchange value offered.

  3)  Buyback Policy

• Sell your jewellery back to us.
• Get 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.
• Brilliant Touch offers 80% value of diamonds at prevailing market price.
• Incase of any discount given at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the exchange amount (Maximum value of INR 300000).

  4)  15 Days Money Back Policy for In-Stock Products

• 15 Days money back policy does not apply for custom made products.
• Returns within 15 days of purchase (Maximum value INR 300000).
• Refund is confirmed once Brilliant Touch's quality assurance team approves the product quality, its original invoice and product certificate.
• Once confirmed, all Refunds shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 2 weeks of receipt of product.
• Brilliant Touch holds the right to refuse any unreasonable or excessive returns.
• Product returned should be in unused condition and not tampered/damaged, else eligibility for returns will be void.
